MATRIX Chess Academy — Terms of Service

To use MATRIX Chess Academy you must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enrol and transact.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact support@igniterapp.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

When you enrol in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute any course material.

Access to a course continues for as long as it remains active on the Service, unless your access is revoked for a breach of these Terms.

Prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — MATRIX Chess Academy never stores your card or banking information.

Every purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise prices occasionally, though this will not affect courses you have already bought.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, available on this site. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Digital content that has already been substantially accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

You agree to use MATRIX Chess Academy lawfully and respectfully: no piracy or redistribution of content, no attempts to defeat payment or access protections, no unlawful or harmful uploads, and no interference with the Service’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund in cases of serious misuse.

The Service is offered “as is” and is meant to support your preparation, not to guarantee results. Although we maintain the content carefully, MATRIX Chess Academy does not warrant any particular outcome, uninterrupted access, or that everything is free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, MATRIX Chess Academy disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages connected with your use of the Service, while preserving any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The content and branding on MATRIX Chess Academy, including videos, notes, mock tests and logos, are the property of MATRIX Chess Academy or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws. No ownership rights pass to you by using the Service.

You are free to leave and delete your account whenever you wish. We may limit, suspend or end your access where you break these Terms, where the law requires it, or if MATRIX Chess Academy stops operating on the platform.

Indian law governs these Terms, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Where a change is significant we will give in-app notice and update the “Last updated” date shown above, and your continued use signals acceptance of the new Terms.
